Discount Period is January 1- February 28. Face Value is March 1-March 31. Penalty period begins April 1st.

Refuse stickers may be picked up @ the Borough Building weekdays between 9:00am-3:00pm; OR mailed to: Exeter Borough, 1101 Wyoming Avenue, Exeter, PA 18643; OR dropped off in the gray mailbox outside our building; OR pay online.
